I work particularly well with women who are insightful, have been in therapy before and they are looking to go deeper. Maybe there are some stuck points that still haven’t gotten clarity, or therapy started to feel like a “check in".
I focus on working with reflective, sensitive women, often ambitious and high achievers, so I can provide excellent care.
I work with thoughtful, creative girls and women - often students, those in helping professions, creative professionals, women still finding their path, pregnant/new moms, spiritual seekers, therapy for therapists, and others. I enjoy exploring each women’s unique life story, and seeing the threads that connect us.

Therapy sessions with me are full of deep listening, deep inquiry, and creative exploration. We will talk about your life history and the experiences that have shaped you, and make connections with your life in the present.
We will honor your unique journey and listen for the subtle cues from your unconscious, to understand patterns going on in your life and how to move forward.
Therapy sessions are highly individualized and may include dream work, parts work (IFS), working with images, somatic and mindfulness practices.
For many of the women I work with, it can be a relief to find a space to be “real”, show up messy (or however you are on that day), and nourish your inner world.
We also draw on practical approaches like CBT, DBT and ACT when it’s helpful. With me, it’s not about doing more and more coping skills. I’m guessing you have enough of those already.

Work with me if you are looking for an ongoing and in depth therapy relationship that will help you make lasting, long term change.
My style is highly individualized and in depth. I often work with individuals for 1-4 years, or even longer. Usually, significant change is felt after about 6 months (although everyone is different.)
Most often, it works best to start meeting once per week. After working together weekly for some time, we may find it appropriate to change to meeting every two weeks or once a month.
We can be flexible based on what you are going through, what you are needing, and what we are discovering together.
If you are looking for a short term therapy, we may not be the best fit.

Online therapy provides convenience, privacy and greater access. Many people find it works well for them, and has been shown to offer excellent therapeutic care.
I use a secure online video system for our sessions.
Some individuals or situations may be better suited for in person, and we can talk about that.

I also enjoy offering therapy in person, and I plan to resume in person sessions in South Orange County in Fall 2025. If you are interested in meeting in person, reach out to me and we can talk about it further.

Individual therapy sessions - $225 for 50 minutes.
Limited sliding scale spots are available.

Like most specialty providers, I offer fee-for-service and do not participate in insurance plans.
Paying out-of-pocket for therapy is a great option for those who value maximum privacy, flexibility and confidentiality.
Some may be able to use out of network benefits— I provide superbills.
